? FAQ

Frequently
asked questions

Everything you need to know before we start working together.

Have another question?

Why should I choose you over an agency or another developer?

Because I don't just "make a website". I dive into your business, look at the task through the client's eyes, and create a website that looks professional, builds trust, and helps to sell.

In an agency, you often communicate with a manager who passes the task to a designer, then to a developer, then to someone else. With me, communication is direct: no unnecessary links, no loss of meaning, and no "we misunderstood you" situations.

I take on a limited number of projects, so I can pay attention to the details that often get lost in a mass-market approach.

Why is your website better than a cheap template or site builder?

A template might look okay, but it doesn't consider your business, your audience, your strengths, and why a client should choose you.

My task is not just to assemble pages. I help package your service or product so that a person quickly understands:

  • who you are;
  • why you can be trusted;
  • what they will get;
  • why it's worth the money;
  • how to take the next step.

A website shouldn't just exist. It must work for your reputation, leads, and sales.

How does the collaboration work?

Everything is as transparent and step-by-step as possible.

First, we discuss the task, the goals of the site, your niche, competitors, and the desired result. Then I propose the structure, page logic, and approach to implementation. Next comes design, development, mobile adaptation, basic optimization, and launch.

You don't stay "on the sidelines". At key stages, I show the result, explain the decisions, and we move towards the final version together.

What if I don't like the website design?

This is a normal fear, which is exactly why I don't work on the principle of "here is the finished website, take it".

Before final development, we agree on the visual direction, style, structure, and key blocks. You see where the project is heading before it is fully assembled.

If something doesn't meet expectations, we adjust it. My goal is not just to "deliver the work", but to create a website you are proud to show your clients.

What guarantees do I get?

I guarantee a responsible approach, transparent communication, and bringing the project to a working result according to the agreed brief.

After the launch, I check the website, basic forms, responsiveness, loading speed, correct display on various devices, and main technical aspects.

I also don't disappear after the launch. If a technical question arises within the scope of the completed work after delivery, I will help sort it out.

Do you support the project after launch?

Yes. A website is not "make it and forget it". After the launch, new ideas, changes in services, the need to add pages, improve blocks, connect analytics, ads, or automation may arise.

I can support the project after launch: make edits, develop the site, improve conversion, add new functionality, and ensure everything works stably.

For many clients, this is convenient because you don't need to look for a new specialist every time and explain everything from scratch.

Will the website definitely bring me clients, or could it be a waste of money?

A website itself is not a magic "get clients" button. But a good website is a powerful tool for trust, sales, and business presentation.

If you have traffic from ads, social networks, Google, referrals, or offline contacts, a website helps not to lose these people but to convert them into leads.

A bad website can push a client away in 5 seconds. A good website does the opposite: explains value, removes doubts, shows the level of the business, and prompts action.

Therefore, a website is not a "tick the box" expense. It is an investment in trust in your brand.

Why such prices? I can find it cheaper.

Yes, you can find it cheaper. The only question is what you will get as a result.

A cheap website often means a template design, weak structure, poor adaptation, lack of sales logic, and constant reworks after launch. As a result, the business saves money at the start but loses clients, time, and nerves.

My price is not just "for pages". It is for experience, thoughtful structure, modern look, technical implementation, attention to detail, and a result that should work for your business.

I don't do it the cheapest. I do it so that the website looks worthy and brings value.

How long does it take to create a website?

The timeline depends on the type of website, the number of pages, the complexity of the design, and the functionality.

A landing page can take from a few days to a few weeks. A corporate website or an online store requires more time because there is more logic, structure, content, and technical details.

Before starting, I always announce estimated timelines so you understand when to expect the result.

What is required from me to start?

At the start, it is desirable to have an understanding of what you need the website for, what services or products need to be presented, who your audience is, and what websites you like visually.

If you don't have texts, structure, or a clear vision yet — it's not a problem. I will help form the logic of the site, suggest which blocks are needed, what is better to show on the first screen, and how to present the information so that it builds trust.

Will it be possible to edit the website myself?

Yes, if necessary, I can make the website so that you can independently change texts, photos, products, prices, services, or other basic information.

During the discussion stage, we will determine what exactly you need to edit yourself, and what is better left for technical support so as not to break the structure or design.

Will you help me understand what kind of website I need?

Yes. You don't have to come with a ready-made technical specification.

You can just tell me what you do, what you want to sell or present, what your goals are — and I will suggest which website format will be the best: landing page, corporate website, catalog, online store, or a custom solution.

My task is not to sell you the "most expensive option", but to offer a solution that makes sense specifically for your business.

What will I get as a result?

You will get not just a website, but a full-fledged online tool for presenting your business.

A website that:

  • looks modern and professional;
  • is adapted for phones, tablets, and computers;
  • clearly explains your value;
  • builds more trust in your company;
  • helps to get leads;
  • can grow with your business.

The main goal is for you to feel after the launch: "Yes, now my business looks stronger".
